Injectronics are recognised as Australia’s largest remanufacturer of automotive electronics, along with being a world leader in this category, and are continually expanding their range of products and services to keep abreast of the rapidly changing automotive electronics market.
Vehicle manufacturers are continually adopting new technologies in vehicle electronics, and the challenges to repair / rework / remanufacture this technology is becoming more increasingly difficult requiring new and innovative ways to overcome them, and ensure the continual supply of products.
Injectronics have recently undertaken a major investment in new state of the art equipment that will revolutionise the remanufacturing industry and take electronics
remanufacturing to a new level. Acquisition of an Ultrasonic Fine Wire bonder and Pull / Sheer tester will enable the precise bonding of ceramic hybrids, a technology that is being used in many current model vehicles which are fitted with Hybrid electronic control modules.
This process is an improvement on the original process used in the OEM manufacturing of the modules, and ensures products that may have been previously unable to be remanufactured, are now able to be supplied at the highest quality. This new equipment will open up many new markets and products for Injectronics, and is the greatest evolution in automotive electronics for many years.
Injectronics continues to explore local and export markets in an attempt to take advantage of the huge demand for electronics remanufacturing around the world, and continues to supply the highest quality remanufactured components to the local domestic and international markets.
